Genevieve Pedaci

10 years of pastoral leadership experience, she taught church classes for ages 2-17 for a number of years, summer camp leadership experience, from 2017-2020, she led activities and coordinated host family experience for the international student program, and mother of three girls, ages 10-14

25 years experience working at Kidstart as a speech therapist and evaluation team leader, administrator of a private school for 10 years, overseeing curriculum and instruction of students

Founder and Director of “Le Twisted Spoon”, a vegan whole food advocacy website, where she shares her own experiences with quality food and sustainability. Pearl has taught cooking at homeschool co-ops, and is a mom to two amazing girls who she currently homeschools.

Lex Blaakman

Lex Blaakman

Lex Blaakman is a wood sculptor, painter, and graphite drawing artist of the Finger Lakes area. He has created professionally since 1976, when he was awarded his first commission of an oil portrait for Brighton High School's Art Department Chairman. As an artist, he learned that an artist's career must involve learning in all fields of education. However, he realized that knowledge helps create informative art, but applying the issues of the heart and spirit of man raises art to its higher values.

B.S. Elementary Education 

Eight years experience at the YMCA as a fitness personal trainer, lifeguard, before and after school coordinator, and camp counselor. He was then promoted to Camp Family and Teen Director for two years. He also had experience at Village Sports as Operations Director, and met his wife, Stephanie, there. Brock is currently a football coach for the Geneseo Jr. Blue Devils. He also works as a peer mental health specialist, working with youth, teen, and adult mental health support services for all of Livingston County.

Stephnie Thrasher

B.S. Mathematics

Director of the after-school program in Fairport for one year. Extensive experience in elementary classrooms, and children’s extracurricular programs. Experience teaching 5th grade math in South Africa, for three weeks. Stephanie is a math whiz, and currently works as Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Data Strategy, Management, and Analytics. The Thrasher family is settled in Geneseo with their three sons and daughter. You can find this energetic group outside with their Rescue dog Rambo practicing football, or camping whenever they get the opportunity!
